First, please find the therapist you're interested in on our website and make a reservation.

 

We accept reservations through our official LINE, phone, and via Twitter DM with the therapists.

 

※ You can access a therapist's Twitter from the bottom of their profile page, so if you have a therapist in mind, please take a look ◎

 

If, by any chance, DM responses are delayed, please feel free to contact us via our official LINE or phone.

 

Also, for customers who say, "I can't decide which therapist to choose!" If you contact us, we'll introduce a recommended therapist based on your preferences. You can also leave it up to us and enjoy the surprise on the day♪

 

After making a reservation, please look forward to the day with excitement until the actual day!


 

・Meeting with the Therapist
 

For hotel appointments, there are two methods for meeting with the therapist.

 

 

For customers who want to enjoy a little date-like atmosphere or find it a bit intimidating to enter the hotel alone, meeting outside is recommended. If you're unsure which hotel to go to, the therapist can escort you to the hotel if you let us know in advance.

 

In the case of meeting outside, the therapist will approach you, so please contact us or the designated therapist with your information on the day, such as your attire, hairstyle, and the color of your bag.

 

 

With this method, the customer enters the hotel first and waits for the therapist. Generally, the session officially starts when you meet the therapist. If you feel like "walking to the hotel is a waste of time," waiting in the hotel allows you to enjoy your time fully!

 

※ For appointments at your home, we will directly visit your home unless you specify otherwise.

 

・Shower and Counseling
 

At Tokyo Secret Base Group, we conduct counseling before starting the treatment. During the counseling session, we carefully inquire about your preferences, things you'd like or wouldn't like to experience, the desired brightness of lighting, and even the aroma oil scent. This thorough process ensures that even first-time customers can use our services with confidence.

 

※ Please note that we do not engage in actions that go against the therapist's intentions.

 

Since each customer's time is the spotlight, feel free to express anything you'd like♪

 

Additionally, before the treatment, both the customer and therapist will take a shower. Whether you prefer to take your time alone or shower together with the therapist and share the experience, it's entirely up to you! ♡
